2006 Founders Day workout was a great success and tribute to our founder Shihan Foster. Despite the brutal heat we had over 30 active participants from all over the states of Wisconsin and Illinois. Sensei’s Covelli, Gomez, St. Pierre, and Zieth each had their own topics of instruction.
